If you are looking for an atmospheric venue for your Christmas party with friends, familly or work colleagues , The Cider Barn is the perfect place.
Our Chefs have created really interesting festive menus to suit everyone, please see below for menus, if there is anyone with dietary requirements in your party please let us know and we will endeavour to accomodate you.
Please note we ask you to choose one of the menus that will suit the whole party, and a food pre-selection will be required 7 days before the date booked.
Festive Menu £25.00 per person
Glass of Mulled Cider on Arrival
Smoked haddock kedgeree with yogurt dressing
Chicken liver pate with bacon crumble, pickled shallot, shallot jam and brioche
Roasted pumpkin soup with Goats cheese beignets and leek crisps
Roast Turkey with smoked bacon cranberry and orange sauce and prune stuffing
Slow cooked Hereford beef shin with Yorkshire pudding and horseradish crème fraiche.
Both served with Beef dripping roast potatoes, and selection of vegetables and potatoes.
Smoked beetroot risotto with orange, goats curd and walnuts
Mulled cider poached pear with Christmas pudding ice cream
Bread and butter pudding with malt ice cream
Amaretti and orange cheesecake with dark chocolate sorbet
Festive Menu £35.00 per person
Glass of mulled Cider and Amuse bouche
Treacle cured salmon with smoked beetroot, hazelnuts and salsa verde
Jerusalem Artichoke soup with confit chicken, and crispy skin with dukkah
Chicory tart with pear and walnut salad and blue cheese croquette
Roasted Hereford beef sirloin, with braised brisket bonbon, smoked celariac puree, shallot jam, savoy and port sauce
Panfried Hake with braised fennel, gnocchi samphire and bisque
Turkey ballotine with serano ham and apricot and thyme stuffing, cider fondant, cavalo nero and cider jus
Wild Duck breast with mustard rilletes, thyme pommes purée, hay baked celeriac, herb greens and port jus
Chocolate and caramel fondant with brandy soaked prunes and salted caramel
Apple tart tatin with Christmas pudding ice cream
Charred clementine, pistachio langue de chat, rum jelly and honey cream
Tea or coffee and petit fours
Vegetarian menu available upon request
We will be serving a traditionnal Christmas lunch, so why not come to The Cider Barn and enjoy the day with your family.

We are asking for a deposit of £10 per person when booking to secure your table.
We will require your food pre-selection for the day by the 1st December as well as full payment.
Christmas Day 2019 Menu
Glass of mulled Cider or Weobley Ash apple juice with appetizers on arrival
Whiskey cured salmon with smoked beetroot, hazelnuts, endive and avocado purée
Wild mushroom and quail egg tart with chive hollandaise
Venison loin with carrot purée, pistachio crumble, pickled mushrooms and blackberries
Roast Hereford Sirloin with horseradish purée,
Bakewell Duck breast with ragu of leg meat and a cranberry and orange sauce
Monkfish wellington with fennel jam and a shallot sauce
All served with:
Roast potatoes and parsnips, cauliflower cheese, roasted carrots, brussels sprouts with chestnuts and bacon and braised red cabbage
Christmas pudding with brandy brown butter and vanilla custard
Chocolate and stout delice with honeycomb, rum and raisin purée and malt ice cream
Damson mousse with lemon curd, almond crumble and white chocolate sorbet
Selection of local cheeses with Irish marrow chutney, celery and crackers
Tea and coffee with petit fours.

New Years Eve
We will be celebrating New Years Eve with a special winter banquet and music night.
We will welcome you at 7.30pm with live music and canapés, then our Chefs will offer you a festive feast for this celebratory evening at £50 per person. The night will continue with more live music after the meal.
We are asking for a £10 deposit per person when booking.
