To celebrate Fathers’ Day we are offering a special Sunday lunch menu at £32.50 per person for three courses (please see menu below).

Glass of perry and appetizer
Pea and ham salad with pea veloute and a crispy hens egg
Tomato veloute with basil, crab and sourdough
Warm salad of new potatoes, pickled gooseberries and gorgonzola
Hereford beef sirloin with beef cheek croquette with cauliflower cheese and an onion and ale gravy
Roasted hogget leg with lemon and rosemary with braised breast croquette and redcurrant gravy
Duck breast and rillette of leg with aioli and redcurrant gravy
Chicken panchetta ballotine with thyme and apricot stuffing and cider gravy
Cider cured sea trout with pea veloute, pearl barley and samphire
(All served with potatoes and a selection of vegetables)
Gooseberry creme brulee with gooseberry and gingerbeer sorbet
Bay panna cotta with strawberries, marshmallows, meringues and white chocolate sorbet
Chocolate and coffee delice
Selection of local cheeses, red onion chutney, crackers and celery
