To celebrate Mother’s Day our Chefs will be offering a special Sunday lunch menu. See menu below. So bring your Mother and everyone else along and make it a wonderful occasion.

Mother’s Day Menu
Glass of perry and appetizer
Cider marinated salmon with celeriac remoulade, watercress gazpacho and bisque mayonnaise
Smoked chicken with pancetta and caper croquette, Jerusalem artichokes, and onion ketchup
Gin cured mackerel with grapefruit, dill mayonnaise, lardo and linseed wafer
Goats cheese soufflé with caramelised onion and a walnut and pear salad
Hereford beef sirloin with smoked brisket croquette, Yorkshire pudding and onion gravy
Rosemary and lemon Cannon of Hogget with crispy breast and redcurrant gravy.
Pan roasted duck breast and ragu of leg meat with aioli and port gravy
Chicken ballotine with thyme, apricot stuffing and panchetta
Panfried Cod with purple sprouting broccoli gratin, parmentier potatoes and a caper sauce
All served with roast potatoes and a selection of vegetables.
Chocolate fondant with bananas, peanuts and rum.
Rhubarb crème brûlée with coconut sorbet, pistachio langue de chat, rhubarb gin granita
Freshly fried doughnuts with fennel sugar and lemon curd
Selection of local cheeses, Irish marrow chutney, thyme crackers and celery
