Tasting Evening at The Cider Barn
During the year we are repeating the very successful Tasting Evenings with an 8-course degustation menu
using local and seasonal produce at £60.00 per person.
The first course is served at 6.45pm, so please come around 6.15pm so you have time to have a drink before the meal.
Booking is essential.
We ask for a £10 deposit per person when booking.

Soy glazed cod with fennel apple and horseradish
Welsh Rarebit with beer brined pork loin, pickled beetroot and beetroot ketchup
Spiced aubergine fritters, babaganouch with date dressing and Durka
Monkfish and pancetta ballotine with charred marrow, oyster emulsion and wilted watercress
Venison with walnut ketchup, mushroom mayonaise and parsnip
Brown butter panna cotta with apple terrine and apple sorbet
