Aged Neil Powell topside of beef with horseradish cream

Free range chicken and herb ballotine with wild garlic emulsion and chicken skin crumble 

 Roasted shoulder of pork with caramelised apple sauce 

Sundried tomato seed loaf with garlic and port puree 

Served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and an onion and thyme gravy

Roast fillet of mullet with warm new potato salad and chive beurre blanc

Lovage artic roll with raspberry granita 

Orange parfait with fudge chocolate, praline and thyme cream
